01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the sltvip Casino website and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at sltvip's sole discretion after deducting any applicable administrative costs.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of sltvip Casino services, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the sltvip Platform. • Duplicate Accounts: If sltvip discovers that you hold more than one account, sltvip reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bonuses and winnings associated with those accounts, and retain any deposits as liquidated damages for breach of these terms.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sltvip Login credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified sltvip account details;
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. sltvip reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days;
• sltvip reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

sltvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the terms of each individual promotion;
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. sltvip reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the sltvip Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general terms apply to all gameplay:

08 Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the sltvip Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to sltvip immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the sltvip Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sltvip staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using payment methods that do not belong to you.

09 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sltvip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from events beyond sltvip's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

sltvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sltvip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude sltvip's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination

sltvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority;
• Determination by sltvip, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to sltvip, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these terms, sltvip reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances, bonus winnings, and any funds derived from prohibited conduct. Legitimate real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting sltvip's customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the sltvip Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact sltvip's customer support team to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, where applicable, or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14 Amendments to These Terms

sltvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, sltvip will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the sltvip Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
